    Really bad session tonight. Tried to press but couldn't get any reps with Sunday's weight... left elbow hurting a bit, too. So did some stretching, then went home.

    Just a quick one tonight. Probably going to hop back on SS to get my strength back up.

    Squats:

    150 x 5/5/5

    Not too hard, but form still a bit wobbly... maybe stance has drifted too wide, and not getting knees in right position. Also squatted in a very shallow rack which maybe also put me off slightly. /excuses

    Some stretching then home.

    Tonight was really the second part of yesterday's session.

    Bench press:

    90 x 5/5/5

    Not hard at all I was told. And so it shouldn't be!

    Power cleans:

    70 x 3/3/3/3/3

    Getting back into these.

    Stretching mixed in with lacrosse ball work, then home.

    First one in over a week. Had a little bit of man flu - nothing major, but just couldn't shake it off and based on experience, I'm not inclined to train when I've got man flu.

    Squats:

    120 x 5/5

    Light squats. Used a narrower stance and felt more ... natural.

    Press:

    65 x 5/2/0

    Disappointed here. Shoulders just said no, basically, nothing to give.

    Some very quick hamstring stretches then home.

    Not too bad. Narrower stance feeling better.

    Bench press:

    92.5 x 5/5/5

    Not too bad at all.

    Deadlifts:

    170 x 5

    Same as above.

    Then home.

    Mixed session tonight.

    Squats:

    152.5 x 4/5/6

    First set not good, poor form, maybe not recovered from Monday. Other two sets a bit better, except last few reps on last set. But did an extra one to make up for the first set.

    Press:

    65 x 5/5/5

    Not too bad, really.

    Tried to power clean, but just didn't feel good... so did some quick stretching then went home.

    Quite hard. Tried TUBOF on warm ups, but will probably require more practice.

    First two sets overall not bad but last one was egregious and kinda ****ed me knee. Will probably deload until I can get the movement right.

    Bench press:

    97.5 x 5/5/5

    A bit harder than last time.

    Deadlifts:

    180 x 1

    Felt really heavy. Maybe not recovered enough.

    Then went home.

    Just wasn't feeling this.

    Overall felt better, although a few dodgier reps in there. Need to focus on keeping tight and correct positioning on all reps, even when it's getting more difficult.

    Bench press:

    100 x 5/3
    90 x 8

    First set okay, but bar felt really heavy on second, so did a lighter back-off set instead for the last set. Probably need more pressing volume.

    Quicker one tonight. Not eaten much today and not much time. Knee still bothering me, so not wanting to push the squats - trying to get them right.

    Squats:

    120 x 5/5

    Light squats. Still not getting the hang of them (low bar) squats though. Like, before it was perhaps almost second nature, then stance drifted wider as the training became a little less frequent and form went down the pan.

    CGBP:

    80 x 5/5/5

    Not hard at all. A bit closer than my usual grip.

    Then home.

    I'm going to spend more time stretching and using a weight I can use correctly. My hamstrings are very tight.

    Doing long pause lunges really helps me with tight hips and hamstring tightness usually goes away with tons of bodyweight squats.
