if they bring them back home and take shoes off? see a height decrease?
I would think it was strange tbh. Just stay at your normal height, it's not that short anyway.
You're 5'7, which honestly isn't that short! A lot of girls definitely won't be taller than you (i'm assuming your male).

honestly? I wouldn't mind. I'm a "tall girl" at 5'11, and I always see a lot of guys I like that are just a little too short, and I feel weird about taking it further. As long as you weren't wearing no dandy boots with 5 inch heels lol (but who knows that might be the fashion in 5 years time) and it's basically unnoticeable I say go for it.

If I met someone and I found out he was wearing shoe lifts, I couldn't help but to feel sorry for him because he's obviously really insecure. I want to be with someone who's confident and secure in himself, not trying to be something he's not.
No offence to you OP, I'm sure you're lovely.
But as a girl of 5'2" I'd be quite enthralled to be with a guy who was 5'7" so I'd be gutted that he wasn't comfortable with his height.

i want every short GUY viewing this thread to hear me out here, are you sick of being short? well then wear elevator shoes. if girls can wear heels, why cant guys? all guys should be taller than the girls so they feel protected, and im sure girls feel the same. too often short guys get the stick, its time to put a stop to this bullsH*t

Except most of my friends don't wear heels to be taller.....
1. if a guy is short, why cant he be a few CM or couple inches taller when clubbing, or going out, if his girlfriend can wear heels, why cant he?
2. if they love each other, height shouldnt matter as the shouldnt the wearing of elevator shoes
3. if it makes the guy more confident, happier, then why not
4. 5 foot 7 is short for a guy, 5 foot 9 is average, how about those 2 inches just to be average? why not?
