Frontline 2022/2023

Hi, has anyone applied for frontline 2023? I just completed the online assessment and video interview and found the assessment really difficult.
Anyone know how long it takes to hear back?

Ive just completed my application, now i have to do my online assessment and video interview but i keep practicing and failing online so im too scared to do it :frown:

Hi, Just completed my online test. Wasn’t too bad but some questions diff. Due to lack of info/context. The only thing that’s worried me is my camera quality (picture) was awful!

I did the online assessment and video interview too. I’m not sure what I expected but it wasn’t that, I found it quite difficult and I kept stumbling over my words in the video part. Hopefully it went better than I thought!

I felt like I definitely overthought the test part and made it more difficult for myself, hoping to hear back soon but not optimistic. I’d say altogether they took about an hour

Me too! I was trying to rationalise my thoughts for them out loud but I feel like it just made me overthink😂 I guess there’s nothing we can do about it now. I’m sure you’ve done absolutely fine!

Just heard back an hour ago that I passed the online assessment and video interview! Have to upload qualification documents then will be assessment centre

Hope you hear back soon! Just uploaded all my documents so hoping I’ve done it correctly. Wondering when they’ll ask me to do the assessment centre as I’m on holiday for a week from Tuesday

Thank you 🤞🏼 I’m sure you’ve done it fine! From what I read last year I think they had different dates that you could choose from so hopefully it’s like that this year too!

Another applicant here. I was surprised but how difficult some of the situational questions were - it did seem like two answers could have been acceptable for some of them. Hopefully gut feeling made the right choice!Also having the typical “why didn’t I say that!” reflections about the video questions. It’s a shame we can’t discuss answers here without making it unfair!Lucy

I submitted my video interview on Saturday - so hoping to hear this week. I was actually surprised by how tricky some of the situational questions were, some seemed to have two answers that could have been acceptable… I hope gut feeling made the right choice! Also having the typical thing of thinking “why didn’t I just say that!!” For the video answers. Shame we can’t discuss answers on here without making it unfair!
