for my ps, I haven't really done a lot of supercurriculars but I do have the grades required. How much do supercurriculars matter for admissions in these uni???

Extracurricular activities matter significantly. Many applicants can have excellent grades and these extracurricular activities help you stand out.

Extracurricular activities show your personal skills, for example playing sport (team work), chairing a club (organisation & leadership), volunteering at a particular charity (passion for a particular cause).

Of course there are also curricular activities which also look good. For example entering an essay competition, getting work experience in a field relevant to your course or doing something else subject specific
Actually unis are more interested in the supercurricular activities than extracurricular activities like hobbies and work experience/volunteering etc.
