Surprised this isn’t getting a lot of attention considering there is no fast stream this year!

250 spaces, 34-39k base salary. Really good looking programme, if you like tax 😛

I haven't taken it yet...hopefully you've done enough. I thought it told you if you'd passed or not straight away

I've just looked and I think 2021 the pass mark for situational was 54%

I did the tests yesterday and got Verbal 64%, Numerical 48% 😕 and Judgement 82%.I’m worried the numerical one isn’t high enough to get through. Does anyone know if they consider the scores separately or do they combine them somehow?

Here's the previous scores to get through (FOI request).. seen someone has posted them in another thread

I got 66th percentile for the SJT - this must mean they've had a lot of responses already to be able to distinguish our scores within 1 percent.

There is a minimum pass mark but even if we meet it, there is no guarantee as they can't progress everyone who meets the minimum so it's all relative to what everyone else gets (so we just have to hope we are at least average

That's not how it works. If it was, the first person to do it would be guaranteed 100% regardless of how many they got correct. The second person could only ever get 100% or 0%. It would hardly be fair. The percentiles are as compared to a standardised group of people. Your 66% means you've done better than 66% of that standardised group.

Good luck everyone. I’ve just completed all the online tests and got numerical 77% verbal 87% and judgement 76%. This is my one shot at giving it a go. I can’t face putting myself through those tests again. Found the judgement test the hardest and trickiest. At times I wasn’t sure if I was choosing correctly

I believe they keep those scores recorded to your account for a year - so at least if you apply for other roles which require those tests, you shouldn't have to do them again (for the next year or so anyway)

It banks the scores for 6 months but not the judgement test. If you apply for another role that requires the judgement test, you would need to complete it again.

Very good point - seems obvious in hindsight now!

Yes I know the percentile is relative to an existing control group, but I thought that once they have everyone’s percentiles in for this job they then adjust the pass mark retrospectively. At least I know that is what happened last year with the Judgement Test. But having read other comments I think it’s only the Judgement Test they do that with so as long as you score highly on that it’s fine!

Applying for this too. Can anyone give any insight on the assessment centre and what it entails? Done the tests, now waiting for interview!

Looks like there’s been a duplication of groups, with this not being in the graduate section it’s prob just been missed.

The other one seems to have far more posts and info-

If you aren't allowed to post them publicly, would you consider DMing me your past questions, if possible? It's not too likely I got through as I did poorly in the CSJ, but I'm feeling anxious about how close the video interviews are supposed to be (they start a week from now, on 10/11 I think?) with no update yet, and I've not experienced a video interview before!

That's still sharing them.

I can’t believe people are openlyyyy revealing/asking for this information, these chats are monitored.

Also, I have passed the video interview twice and every year the questions are so different and some really unexpected curve balls are thrown in. Only advice I would give it to understand what’s going on in the world, read the competencies and understand them - good luck
