    im planning on doing the qt test on wednesday

    just got my intro to financial accounting results though, 13/20 (65% so im guessing 2:1?)

    yay! but seriously so many trick questions - the chemist one being the most memorable

    Depends on how easy you find the subject

    I failed quantitative (passed easily on resit), partly due to lack of effort and mainly because my brain seems to have trouble maths past GCSE standard. My attendance was appalling in the first year though (10% max for tutorials and 50% maybe on lectures) so maybe thats some excuse. Luckily specialising in the second and final years means you can stay away (except core modules) from aspects of business you hate.

    I got the distinct impression that ABS give out massive helping hands to all those taking the core accounting module. For example on the section two big question you got ALOT of marks for simply outlining a balence sheet and inputting completely random figures.

    I got 9 out of 10 in the QT test, because I left out the simultaneous equations question. :p:


    Edit: and 19 out of 20 in Financial Accounting.
