My Cambridge Application / SAQ

Hi, just wanted to know if I have to complete the "My Cambridge Application" thing for the university within a given number of days after sending off the UCAS application, or if I just have to complete it by the 22nd of October. I remember hearing from someone that you must send of the "My Cambridge Application" or SAQ within 7 days of sending off the UCAS application but is that still the case?

I'm applying for Medicine 2023 if that is important btw.

As I understand it the deadline for the SAQ is the 22nd of October. I think the 7 days bit you've heard is because that date is 7 days after the October 15th deadline for Cambridge applications. So, if you apply on October 15th, yes, you will only have a week. But if you apply before that date, you will have however many days until the 22nd.

I wouldn't worry about timings, the whole thing is very quick and easy to fill in and the personal statement section is optional.
