Tenancy takeover in Sheffield

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at The Trigon in Sheffield. It’s a 5 minute walk away from the Sheffield Hallam University city campus and very close to Sheffield City Centre. The train station is also a 5 minute walk away.

The room itself is an en-suite with a 3 quarter bed and it’s a 44 week contract at £114 a week. The flat is made up of 2 boys and 1 girl.
