Looks like I'm still waiting!

Well done to people who got offers!

Good luck to people onto Launch pad!

Did any one get an email of their launch pad being on 8th Nov?

Can I ask when you finished delivering outcomes? Wanna assess how worried I should be as I haven't gotten an invite for the 8th 😅
Applying for Autumn start, completed DO on 16th and got the email saying I'd passed on the 18th.

Could I ask how long ago you passed delivering outcomes and whether you are applying for spring or autumn? Thanks

Hi, I am applying for audit as well (autumn start). However i just completed my transforming small business, and i have been asked to send my academic documents. Could you give some insights as to how long it took before you were invited for the delivering outcomes? and also, what to expect during the delivering outcomes stage.

I got feedback in 2 days that I was through to delivering outcomes.

If they're asking for academics that is usually a good sign tbh.

Delivering outcomes is pretty similar but there are added interview questions. A few are case study so you can not really prep for them.

I would prep how you would a standard interview. Get a good feel for the values, how they align with your own, and obvs, why you have applied for this specific job.

Also, you're given only 2 min for a response. It sounds scary but they also know that is barely enough time so don't expect to give a highly critical answer. Just pick one or 2 points and explain them clearly within the time limit.

How recent? I was on the phone with them on Friday, and they told me that they are still selecting candidates for the final stage for the same role. Thanks for letting me know about getgraduatejob c o m as it really helped me.

i got an offer on Thursday vlp Tuesday. I think KPMG over offer as many people offered early won't take the formal offer - I won't if I get better comp elsewhere

Hi, do you have any advice for the delivering outcomes?

Is there a written activity in VAC? and if it lasts for 3 hours only, why does it say from 8:30 to 5?

Just got an offer for deal advisory analytics in canary wharf office! Apparently more details will follow shortly on salary and start dates etc.

Can I ask whether there was a presentation you had to prepare for before the AC?

I know in the past that was a thing, but I didn’t find any information in my candidate pack. So wondering whether they cancelled that.

nope mine was just interview and short group task. absolutely 0 stress just need to come across well and interested in the interview.
Is anybody else having a hard time getting in contact with the KPMG's graduate email? It's the right address and all, but no response for my two emails sent in the past week and I am beginning to think they are just ignoring me lol
Just done the virtual launchpad (I applied for audit).

Group exercise was super interesting and no prior knowledge required. You can't do any preparation for it and the same goes for the individual reflective task.
Interview was around 12-15 questions, useful stuff regarding career motivation and how you would react in certain situations.

don't overthink it

Just did the virtual launch pad.

There is not much you can prepare for the group exercise, you just need to communicate effectively and show your contribution in it. Moreover for the 45 minute interview, it would be why this role, why KPMG, your goals for future, and tell me qs.

Ok, thank you: I am still yet to get an invitation for the delivery outcomes. How long did it take for you to get an invite after doing the transformative business
Does anyone know when the next VLP might be? saw somewhere that they are running one per fortnight, is that true? seems kinda strange as the other big 4 run at least 2 per week
They've only run 2 so far (Tues 25th Oct & 8th Nov) so one every two weeks looks likely. I think they run a morning and afternoon one and they're fairly big groups which might justify it a bit? There were about 40 of us give or take in yesterday's afternoon one.
