# integration help!!! watch

1. hey guys im stuck on these two questions and really need help
find the following indefinite integrals
1) e^2x arcsin(e^x) dx
2) (x^2)/(1+x^2)
2. x^2/(1 + x^2) = (1 + x^2 - 1)/(1 + x^2) = 1 - 1/(1+x^2)
4. 1) Substitute e^x = sin(u)
5. yusufu how did you get from
x^2/(1 + x^2) = (1 + x^2 - 1)/(1 + x^2)
6. What does 1 + x^2 -1 equal ?
7. x^2, sorry stupid question but then how would i integrate 1/(1+x^2)?
8. is it ok if anyone could help me on question 1 pls?
9. substitute tanx = u
10. ive done that but am not getting it, is it ok if you could show me how to do it as i maybe doing it wrong, thanks
11. Post your working and then we can see where you're going wrong.
12. im not too sure how to use tan x for the substitution and thats why i dont know how to do it, so is it possible if you could show me how to do it, thanks
