    this a phrase i hear more and more. My teacher said this to me first though!
    what do you think of it, agree or disagree. Do you think this attitude is healthy? or rather just a part of maturity? please post your opinions

    I think its part of 'keep your expectations low and your aspirations high' because life is going to through some crap at you and you need to almost expect it if you want to get through it.
