Open University or University of London?

Hi,

I’m looking forward to doing a degree in business online since I cannot attend a physical University at the moment.

Besides my aspiration, I’m having a difficult time to decide which online University I should enrol, my options are the Open University or the University of London.

Open university offers degrees in Business management with the option to specialise in a handful of areas. University of London on the other hand, offers a business administration degree.

I personally feel that a degree in business administration is far better than business management.

I would love to hear your views or even personal experiences!

Business administration will help you more if you want to work for a company analysing data, or statistics, or working the business operations; whereas business management will equip you more for owning a company or managing one rather than being a team player from my understanding. Both cover very similar topics so I don’t think either will matter greatly, mostly what type of work you’d prefer to go into. Have you looked into international business degrees too? These are very respected and open a lot of career doors.
