how to get motivated to lose weight (for health)

i want to lose some weight for health reasons but am really struggling to find motivation
You’ve gotta want to live the lifestyle, and it has to come from you.

People can say lots of stuff but this is short term boosts, if you wake up look at yourself in the mirror & are honest with yourself you can make changes to your life that will change your body composition.

what do u think of experimenting with these little things?
- designing your environment in such a way you would be reminded to monitoring your mass weekly, doing the lightweight exercises you have in mind
- using the 2 minute rule approach make it into a habit
- joining fitness group
- watching vids of work out

yes ^^ then and there
there's lots of reasons, some depending on the way you lose weight:
- being healthier
- feeling better
- looking better
- enjoying the exercise
- enjoying cooking healthier food
- proving the haters wrong
- proving yourself you can push beyond

...if you're going to succeed with any ease. so can you zero in on any of these (or similar) motivators to get yourself to the gym (or similar)?
