Hi ! I just wanted to ask if anyone has any tips for the group exercise, I've got mine tomorrow and I've never done anything like this before so I'm quite nervous.

Be yourself, try to be confident, contribute but don’t be overbearing, you don’t have to be the loudest in the room, include the quiet speakers. It was really enjoyable, you’ll be fine

Thank you so much !! I think if I go into it thinking of it as beneficial experience whether it goes well or not I can stay positive and just focus on the task.

I feel like we’ll be in the office, maybe try asking a current apprentice on LinkedIn.
You accepting the GT role? I’m still considering other companies 🥲

Chilliest interview I’ve ever done. There’s only 6-8 ??pre planned questions, interviewer can choose to ask more mine however seemed I bothered and stuck to 6 so the interview finished in like 30 minutes lmao. It’s really chill, questions about growth, future goals, leadership (questions similar to their values basically). I’d recommend checking out Glassdoor also. It’s nothing to worry about, research the role, team, core values and which ones you’ve demonstrated/ which ones resonate with you the most, time you’ve showed leadership or dealt with a difficult challenge also. And maybe a news article you’ve read/ something you read about the firm that suprised you xx
Good luck 🤞🏾

Might not be 100% accurate. I was told £45-50k in year 5. And that year 2 aligns with the graduate salary which is around £28k 🤨

Oh I see. Where did you get this from? I honestly can't find much online, and everyone is saying different salaries over time as well. Bit confusing lol, thanks for the help!
