Hi @honeyhannah333 [br] [br] It differs between universities, sometimes only marginally, others quite a bit. Here at UCLan, our Neuroscience Undergrad degree covers topics which explain how the brain and nervous system work to alter behaviour, perception, mood and memory from a cognitive and physiological psychology perspective.

Our degree is one of the few that offers you a multidisciplinary approach to cover areas of biological science alongside core areas of psychology - I.e. you learn the science behind neurological conditions, etc. Some topics cover the cause and treatment for a range of neurological and psychiatric disorders and diseases like Parkinson’s, Alzheimer's, schizophrenia and depression.

Other universities may teach some of this because it is fundamental neuroscience that you’ll need. However, they may include other topics or offer other modules that you can study alongside the core. It’s best to check the course page on the websites of the universities you are interested in to get a clearer look. From there you can compare and see which university offers the course tailored more to your interests.

I hope this helps!
All the best,

Chelsea ☺️
