Are Optometry lectures compulsory to attend? (Aston Uni)

Are they compulsory or can you skip them and watch the recorded lecture in your own time. I wont find live lectures helpful, I prefer to study at my own pace and recorded lectures offer exactly that. So was wondering if thats possible?

Ask your tutor/university, how are we supposed to know? It all depends on the university

I haven't started yet so can't. I will try emailing admissions though. I was hoping to find someone from the uni on here.

Yes, they're recorded, and attendance isn't compulsory. Saying that, this means if lecturers use their hands to demonstrate something or have a representation or write on boards, it won't be in the recording.

Heyy, you have to attend a certain % of lectures as it is a professional accredited course. You could be removed for missing too much plus specific sessions. Hope that helps
