well recently i've been having a bit of a flatulence problem. I'm farting quite a lot - the quiet but deadly types. Which luckily makes it easier to blame on other people.. It's really annoying like before I go out I put on like perfume and deodrant then I fart for reason and I just feel like I smell really gasey, maybe i'm just imagining, but I can smell it for a good five mintues or so.

Anyway, I have started to eat baked beans more regularly now, but i'm not eating them EVERYDAY, just once a week or so and my diet has pretty much been the same for a few weeks and the farting thing has just started within the last couple of months.

I have started eating baked beans again in the same time frame, but it can't be the baked beans surely? I have one takeaway a week, I like chicken and seafood, I eat a lot of cheese and potatos. Plus the odd biscuit and chocolate bar. I don't really have five a day, usually one or two whcih are usually vegatable portions? Maybe it's the lack of fruit..
