Help with my NEA!!!

I'm doing my NEA on whether the regeneration of a building has been successful. I'm really stuck on finding some theory about the factors that make a regeneration successful which I could include in my introduction and my analysis. If anyone knows any theory I could include, pls let me know. It would be great help!

Don't be overwhelmed by whole book chapters or academic articles, you can usually find good information in the introduction / first few pages or skimming through the article - don't expect to read everything in great detail as that might take too much time
