As we're all now coming of age (if you will) I was wondering how you're thinking of voting in the general election this year. This can be a useful canvass of student opinion.

Interesting. A lot of you seem to be going for the Libs.
Personally I rather sympathise with John Harris's (off Newsnight) view: I don't know who to vote for, none of them are any good.

This sucks, the first time I can vote and i wont be in the country. Anyone got any idea how to go about registering to vote if you live over seas?

But if everyone who held that view and abstained from voting, Labour will continue to have such a high majority where they can effectively get away with anything they so wished. If Paddy Ashdown was still leader of the Liberal Democrats, they'd be a lot better off than they are now.

LibDem.

As long as I can remember I've lived in a LibDem area though.

I imagine it will be LibDem but we shall see...they need a kick up their backside in my area and the only other option is Tory but they have a lot of convincing to do.

Fathers for Justice isn't a political party, it's a barmy pressure group.

Maybe UKIP, will read some of their literature closer too and figure out if they're barmy xenophobes, or sensible economists. Otherwise, Tories or New Labour. (I really need to find a party and go with them heh)
