Very true! I'm trying to say no to things more, and not feeling bad :yep:
Meditation helps to improve our mental health by reducing stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts. It can also help to improve focus and concentration. When we exercise and meditate together, we can experience improved physical and mental well-being. Good Job
