but trust me these are the nicest people if you compare them with any other employer. Yeah, I admit that the process is a bit longer but last year they start releasing offers from January. So probably this year also it would be the same.

I agree, they’re very accommodating tbh

Well, if the assessment days "are likely to take place from February through to April 2023", it doesn't sound like there will be any offers by January. Unless you mean "offer" to attend the assessment day, not job offer?

Yeah sure, message me

They might mention that assessment centers are from Feb but they will start it earlier. Because the deadline for the first slot was 20 Nov and they won't let these people wait till Feb, they will definitely start the assessment center from December end or January.
And after the assessment center, if you are successful then you will get a job offer within a few days.
Looking over last year's process and the current situation I think this would be the timeline.

OK, thanks. The long timelines are disappointing because if you are applying to other schemes or jobs you may end up taking something worse without even knowing what the outcome would be.

It's the same with employers as well. They know that if they stretch their process, they will lose good candidates as they might accept other offers. Everyone knows that people are applying to multiple places.

can anyone suggest which is the best location for the technology graduate programme, Edinburgh or London?
which location has more space for this role?
Can anyone suggest anything?

Unless they've changed it for this year (which they may have done) for your initial rotation you don't actually get to choose the location. You can
give a preference, but the location is picked for you, sometimes based on your current skillset and where you may benefit most. This is at least what I'm aware of, as I know someone that is currently doing the Technology scheme (applied in 2021) and this was their experience. For your next rotations you have a greater deal of input as to where you wish to be.

yeah, that's true, I've also asked a girl who get the offer last year for Sep 2022. It was the same for them, as they don't have to select a location anywhere on the application form.
But this year they are accepting applications location-wise, that's why I was confused. Still not sure what they have planned for 2023.

Just got an email from Lloyds saying that they'll be reviewing applications in the next few weeks and will reach out to me by 16th December

Yeah, I got this too. I applied quite close to the original deadline however so I was told I'd be notified by 6th January. I'm guessing there are multiple groups and/or it's based on the scheme. I applied for the Technology scheme.
