They’re challenging but it’s not a grilling. Mine was a pretty good conversation so not too stressful. I’d say just make sure you know exactly why you want to work for Lloyds and your chosen scheme and think of examples you can give about your skills that will help you in the role. Hope this helps 🤞

They have a pre interview session to provide guidance on what to expect. But it’s very standard, same sort of stuff you’ll have experienced with other interviews.

Congrats on the offer! I'm on a different scheme but it took them about a week and a half from when I had the call

Been 2 weeks for me now and never gotten a reply, but the status of my application has changed on workday to Pending Offer and got a reply from my contact. So you might not get one unless you ask them to confirm.
