Economics and Politics or International Development Offers

Hiya,

I've literally just submitted my UCAS application (I'm currently predicted A*A*B) and I've applied to the following Unis:

King's College London - International Development (AAA)
Leeds - Economics and Politics (AAA)
York - Economics and Politics (AAB)
Liverpool - Politics and Economics (AAB)
Queen Mary - Global Development (ABB)

Just wondering, has anyone received any offers for the courses at the uni's I've just mentioned and if so, congrats and how long did your offers take to come after submitting your application?

My predicted = AAA

Warwick -global sustainable development
Leeds - econ and geo
Manchester - global development
York - global development
Reading - international development

I sent off my application yesterday x

Edit: I’ve got offers from all apart from Warwick :smile:

Update: I managed to also get offers from all, except for Leeds (they put me on hold).

Hi! I am actually looking at applying for the same degrees you have - both economics&politics alongside global/international development
Can I ask how you approached your personal statement? My school is kinda saying that I need to steer towards one side and that the two degrees are more different than I think
As global development covers economics, geography and politics, I thought that this overlinks with Econ and politics?
Would really appreciate the insight :smile:
