Hi @tryhardgigs,
I'm registered to do it but haven't actually taught any classes or designed my module yet. I'm hoping to do a module on myth re-tellings.

That sounds so good, it's definitely worth it from a students point of view me and my tutor get along very well and I think we both find the experience fulfilling. If you do do your module on myth tellings I'm sure it will go down well with the students: kids love myths.

Thanks. I certainly think it's interesting! My PhD looks at literary appropriations of King Arthur in the eighteenth-century so the idea developed out of that. If I ever get chance to design my own module at university, I'd like to look at re-tellings of myths and legends. There's so much to unpack when you consider how - and why - stories get retold. And that's before you consider whose stories are retold and whose get neglected!
Glad to hear you're enjoying your module. I would have loved to do something like The Brilliant Club when I was at school, I think.
