Hey I have something made of alpaca fur thats been exposed to the elements and has some leaves and a bit of dirt (soil, but not caked in mud or anything).

How could you clean it?

Would a delicate wash in the washing machine destroy it?

Water. Only water. Warm it if you wish, hand wash.

I would ask a dry cleaner. Definitely not in the washing machine though!
