Payment scheduled maintenance loan arden University

I started my full time course in September and have received my 1st part of the maintenance loan in October. I study 2 modules in 10 week blocks. I have now started module 3 and 4 this week. My next maintenance loan is due on the 4th of January. Will Arden University need to make contact with student finance again to confirm my attendance for this course or will I just get the payment automatically.

Hi there,

Universities only need to contact SFE once to confirm registration at the start of the academic year in order to release the maintenance loan payments. They will only need to send confirmation of attendance each term to release the tuition fee payments.

Hi there,

The university should send the confirmation to us when you register on the course. If you haven't yet received your maintenance loan, and your online account shows that we are awaiting registration confirmation, I'd recommend contacting the university student services team to request they send this as soon as possible.

Hi hun, so the way my course went is, started uni on 12th Sept. Completed the milestones and my first payment was 4th Oct. I had to email student support and arden student finance to be sure they confirmed my milestones. It went through pretty smoothly but I do know one or two students has delays but that was due to the actual student finance processing their claim.

If I may ask what course were you on at Arden University??
