Hi guys I applied for Scotland location, took the immersive online assessment and I got this:

We are getting in touch to provide you with an update on your application to Consulting Data & AI Analyst role as a Full Time Graduate. You have applied for a role starting in September 2023, in Deloitte Digital specifically.

This year we have had unprecedented interest in this role and application volumes have been much higher than anticipated.

Where do you sit in the process right now?

Unfortunately, this role is no longer available as we’ve completed our hiring for the 2023/24 intake. For this reason, we are not able to progress your application and we are withdrawing you from the assessment process.

We appreciate this may be disappointing news and we’d like to thank you for the time you have invested in Deloitte. We hope that you’ll consider a career with us in the future, and we’d welcome an application from you for one of our 2024 programmes when they open in September 2023.

My Assessment was withdrawn on their portal (cap assessment). . Has it got anything to do with my performance or was it just the unavailability of the position any more? and if the latter one, why would they have to withdraw my assessment instead of putting in a waiting list?

So this means that by September I would have to take their test again.

Hi, I got the same thing.
So from what I understand, it is down to the budget of the scheme being run out, so they are no longer taking any candidates. it is not because of your performance or even nothing to do with you. It is what it is, and you will need to start the full process again next year, but you already had the experience and knowledge to lead you through, so you will definitely get it next year. Or you might find another proper job, stay positive!
