AS level physics young modulus help

The attached image below is part of a sheet on young modulus that my teacher has gave me. Can somebody explain to me why young modulus is written here as (F/A) * (x/Delta) instead of (F/A) * (Delta x/ x) Thanks.

E is (F/A) / (dx/X) that is stress / strain

this can be rewritten as

E = (F/A) * (X/dx)
