I've got my first class tomorrow!!

I was wondering if anyone here pratices it, i've had a very rough time recently and am trying this as a way of focusing my emotions.

Also if anyone in the bristol area fancies popping along with me, pm me..i don't want to do it alone!!!

i find meditation really boring, and i'm pretty sure it's a pretty solitary thing to do.
i prefer yoga, it focuses me a lot and relaxes me because of all the stretching, releasing tension, focusing on breathing. it feels gooood

I meditate, it calms me down and helps me focus. I've only ever been to one class, I prefer to do it alone.
