I am having trouble choosing a real life situation, and more trouble extracting a knowlede issue from it.

At the moment I am considering whether to use the real life situation of the controversy over presumed consent with regards to organ donation.

However what would the knowledge issue be? could it be something like:
"How do we know what is the ethical solution to the question of presumed consent?"

I have good examples of arguments for and against, they are all over the internet..

But does anyone have any bright ideas as to how I might use some TOK in the presentation?

Any help would be much appreciated
