CAS letter delay from Coventry

I have applied at Coventry university since may 2022. I met all the requirements from fees to the documents for my September intake but they never issued my CAS letter. I had to defect my application to January 2023 intake and since November I have been waiting for my CAS letter yet once again . I called the admission office they said tomorrow is the deadline for the CAS letter , you have met all the requirements, we are just waiting for finance team to Confirm it or else you will have to defer you application . Serioulsy ? I Understand the first time there could be a delay but you cannot be this unfair to a student and make them waste 6 months of their life just to hear back nothing from the university . I have called several times to the university , there are delays from admin’s , sometimes they give me a wrong student ID number to submit fees and then take weeks to sort the error from their side. Sometimes their officers handle a case and then go on holidays leaving the application unattended for weeks. We student apply to universities trusting our future to be dependent on what university provide us . I really regret applying here . I can’t do anything or dismiss my application now because , the time I have spent this long will be of no use . Also my fees is submitted and I cannot take a risk of letting it go this easy . I do not know what to do at this point . I request the university admission ambassador or whoever get to see this post from the admin team , please improve your systems because it’s frustrating at this point . If possible please extend the date for your issuing your CAS Letters.

We are unable to tell you the exact number of days it will take for you to receive your CAS from Coventry University as there isn't a fixed amount of time taken to issue you a CAS. However, if you would like an immediate answer on your status, your best chance is to contact the admissions team to get an update on your specific situation.
