How do I fix my sleeping routine?

I would take a 1-2 hour sleep during the day and make an aim after dinner at around 10 o’clock to go to bed get into and build up into that rhythm of pattern so you get your required amount of 8 hours of sleep up until 6am in the morning.
me too I've been awake since 10pm. I'm trying to stay awake until night, have you tried doing that

Yes but it's going to be hard

I end up in this pattern a lot it honestly sucks

It can take some trial and error but often I find the only thing that works is actually sleep even longer during the day (literally as long as you can manage like until 6/7/8/9pm or whatever) and then stay up for 24+ hours to reset. Easiest if you have something to preoccupy you and you're not in your room for the day.
