Ive got a graph which is square root of time vs. % release

so basically stuck because not sure whats the point in doing the square root of time??? the graph shows a general increase from left to right, but what does that mean in terms of a conclusion?

Could we possibly have the question? This will probably help someone see what your problem is and how to explain it to you, beacuse at the moment I can't work it out!

to quote from book " commont on the plot obtained and come upon a valid conclusion"

the plot in questions is a Square Root of time Vs. log (release %)

graph is smooth curve starting at the point 0,0 increasing initally then flattens out but no entirely ( hope you can imagine that)
