Do any songs make you cry?

There are a few that make me sob for various reasons (due to what they represent to me, what or who they make me think about, etc.)

Carly Simon - Coming Around Again
Abba - Slipping through my fingers
The Farm - All together now
Art Garfunkel - Bright Eyes
The Living Years - Mike and the Mechanics

Off the top of my head anyway - there might be more.

Do you have any "weepy" songs that make you tear up?

Don't think I've ever wept over a song and I cry a lot for a guy. I do find classical songs depressing to listen to though.

Oh my god too many to even write down. You link themw ith experience, that's the problem (well, insofar as it is a 'problem', but yous know what I mean).

I can't hear You'll never Walk Alone without crying since they played it at my cousin's funeral about 15 years ago. That's awkward for a matchgoing Red.

Yeah that's the one
Here's a few that definitely have brought tears to my eyes:

Dayseeker - Neon Grave
Lorna Shore - Pain Remains 1: Dancing Like Flames (Gotta watch the music video to really understand the story that's being told)
Somewhere only we know the Lily Allen version every single time. Not a period of my life I look back on fondly (early 2021)

I dislike meaningful songs they make me sob. That's probably why I lean more towards rap 🤡

That Lana del ray singer, the tone of her voice alone makes me emotional. Recently it's Taylor swift "it's me, hi"...the waterworks.

It's beautiful but I can't get through the song.
Sarah Brightman - Scarborough Fair. I have no explanation, it just does.
Dance Monkey lol. its so terrible
I think of those:

Keane - Somewhere only we know
Catherine Feeny - Mr Blue

Those two songs gave me some tears by listening to.

city of stars from Lala Land
makes me think of unfulfilled dreams and what i'll never have and the person i'm not
Take me to church- Hozier
Slipping through my fingers- ABBA
Running up that hill- Kate Bush
These usually do it if I need to let my emotions out. I feel like they cover the different types of tears: hopeless anger, feeling like I am losing someone or part of myself, trying to hold it all together
Gilded Lily - Cults
Hits too close to home lmao

Not really Folding Stars by Biffy Clyro has come close though.
if i die young - the glee version by naya rivera who was VERY close to my heart
prob the scientist by coldplay if i was feeling particularly sad
jealous by labrinth when i got my heart broken was the one that absolutely got me
I used to cry to 'i kissed a girl' by katy perry when i was in the closet
'i lived' by one republic for happy tears

I'm sure there are loads more
