How do you know this ?

It's under 'Vacancy details' and then 'Selection process details':
Sift and Interview Dates

The eligibility sift will take place from 9th January to 13th February 2023.

The interviews will take place from week commencing 20th February 2023.

(These dates may be subject to change)

My mistake - I have just re-read and noticed that it states that the sift started on 09/01/2023.

Anyone heard anything yet for Manchester?

I think there is some blurb about them carrying out a sift of the applications should there be a high number of applicants......so an interview is likely, but not guaranteed.

I haven't heard anything yet. Has anyone else heard?

If this is the one I think it is - I applied had to do the BBA game thingy AND the written test. I had confirmation today my extra time request at interview was approved and they will be notifying people of the first interview slots this week. Safe to say I think I got an interview

I’ve just had me email to say I’ve passed the sift

Just go the email to say I've passed the sift aswell!
Looks like it's the pre recorded interviews again!
I passed sift as well, North Region

Anyone know any good advice for the strengths based interview?

I scored max in the apprenticeship one but wondering how they might ask different questions, wondering if I can use my police experience a bit more here

I struggle to throw in examples with strength based interviews 🙈

I think the trick is to just be yourself and relax they are designed in a way where it is hard to revise. For example I got a question last time that was what do you think of rules

But if anyone has any suggestions I’d love to hear them
I believe they have characteristics they are specifically looking out for, I feel pretty confident I just hope they ask stuff where I can talk about genuine relevant experience, I’ve done joint investigations with BF before so the more real world stuff they ask me the better

Got my email too. Worried about the interview now. I got onto a reserve list for Liverpool and Seaforth docks but my score was really low and I can't even remember the questions from that interview!
