500 people already got provisional offers and rest of us got reserve list, so I suspect those 4-6 officers will be from the 500 selected already.
And for us reserve list I don't even know for us at this point in terms of our chances.

Certainly not true bud!! There is no way 500 people are sat with provisional offers when January campaign for Heathrow alone was for 400 posts nd they are still in the process ! But let's say even if there is 500 people waiting then how many do u think will actually get the contract and will clear the security its a long process majority either ends up finding other jobs, getting offers from else where or all together just withdraw the applications! You just gotta wait nd hang tight for a good news soon :smile:

of course its not guaranteed but then life itself isn't guaranteed but you gotta be positive nd live everyday as if it's your last

I do know people from Manchester tho can only try to find out but can't be sure. I do like a proper chat with seniors as I have my own personal goals which are being held back due to this BF trying to get their numbers right nd getting staffing levels up! People I know in north might not be keen on approaching n try finding out the exact plans if I manage to get anything I'll surely post.

So I wanted feedback for the campaign but due to the size of the campaign they can't provide individual feedback ... would a freedom of information be too nuclear .. I don't doubt their scoring it is what it is but id like to improve for next time . Would a FOI count against me going forward as a troublesome pleb

They might not even have specific feedback for each individual, due to the number of interviews I'd imagine they just score each one and that's it? Don't think your going to get much under a freedom of information act. I managed to get from them how I scored on each competency from 1 to 4, although it didn't say which competencies the scores were for.

If 500 people have provisional offers. Nobody on this forum has mentioned a provisional that isn’t from Heathrow that I’ve seen. So that can’t be right

No FOI are done by different department but it might be a personal data thing as could be a bit to specific for an FOI, I dunno?

FOI would not get you any feedback, FOI is general information that is available for the public domain, not personal information.

Yeah that's what I thought, it be under GDPR and requesting what is held about you by GRS or who ever did the recruitment campaign and reckon that would be a bit of a pain to be honest

Any one from Aberdeen, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Holyhead, Hull, Immingham, Leeds (Leeds Bradford Airport), Middlesbrough (Teesport), Newcastle, South Shields (Port of Tyne) got an offer?

From the sound of things I think everyone who passed the interviews for North have been put on the reserve list. I think they will go down the list from highest scoring to lowest scoring when sending provisional job offers. Would love to know how many jobs are going in each area and how many people are on the lists.

Same here, in that order too. Teesport is very heavy work, got offered a post there about 8 weeks ago from a previous campaign i was on reserve list for. Knocked it back as 70 mile round trip and due to the nature of the work (mainly searching shipping containers).
