HC3 Form help
Last year I filled in a HC1 form to get discounts off paying for health, dental costs etc. Got a reply, which looked okay. I only have to pay £16 towards my dental treatment for example.
This year when I didnt get as much for my student grants etc, I thought to fill a HC1 form again as my financial circumstances had changed. I assumed Id get a lower amount to pay, but no.
I got a reply and for my dental treatment, I now have to pay about £57.58 towards dental treatment? How come it's gone up?
Tad confused....
Any help appreciated.
