Some good news at least for GB. Rusedski is up by 2 sets to 1. Who'd have thought that we'd be relying on him to save GB?

He might not win any majors, but he was more often than not a rock in the davis cup team.

They're still scoring pretty quickly, though. It'd be lovely to knock Chanderpaul over and be sure of it.

Why, oh why did they put the ICC trophy is September, yes the weather may have be fine, but the pitches are pretty awful. Surely they must have known this, I admit, I expected it to be worse but I wouldn't say it's been a great competition by any means.

Oh...but atleast we beat the aussies (but possibly the toss it to blame for that )

I hope england win...it's getting close, they deserve it!

why do you say the pitches are awful- they suit england's seam attack very well

WI need 83 off 124 balls- definetely doable, just the wickets are a problem

well they're all very worn, and coupled with the overcase weather they really suit any team with a pacey attack. Maybe i'm being a bit harse but I felt we would have had more close games in July/August but just seeing 300+ on the board more ofen, which is what people like to see!

yeah, that's kinda what i meant- and england have one of the best pace attacks in the world
and i agree that everyone likes to see lots of runs scored, but oh well

147-8 now - chanderpaul (47) finally out!
WI need 71 off 98, but it will be very difficult for the two at the crease now
