Funding for 2nd Undergraduate Degree

I could really use some help please.
This is my second time applying to Dental Hygiene and Therapy, unfortunately, last year I was unsuccessful.
I have a previous BA Hons degree and was advised by student finance that I am eligible for full funding as Dental Hygiene and Therapy is an exception course. I rang and confirmed this when reapplying for the 2023 submission.
I have recently been advised by some other applicants that this is no longer the case and I may now not be eligible for funding.
I have spent days trying to contact SFE but have not been able to get through.
Please could I have some clarity?

Hi did you find out the solution? I am in exact same circumstance. I contacted sfe many years back they said i was eligible for 2nd funding but i haven't contacted since then.
