    I want to do a Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) on this business, but I was wondering if I'm doing it right.

    I need to analyse it over a 4 month period and the annual base interest rate is 2.5%.

    Therefore, it would be \frac {1}{1.025}=0.976 and the monthly would be \frac {0.976}{12}=0.0813

    For the 4 month period with monthly incomes of 15,000 it would be:

    \frac {15,000}{(1+0.0813)^1} + \frac {15,000}{(1+0.0813)^2} + \frac {15,000}{(1+0.0813)^3} + \frac {15,000}{(1+0.0813)^4}

    right?
