All the recipes for a recovering ED

Hello my lovelies,

I’m a recovering under-eater, and I’m really trying to help myself, and overcome an eating disorder. For anyone currently facing an ED, I promise you; even though it doesn’t feel like it’ll get better right now, it will, if you put the work in. If you’re struggling and could use some advice, I’m happy to share any insight I have, just drop me a message.

Can anyone share their favourite recipes for absolutely anything? I’m talking favourite comfort foods, lunch, dinner, breakfast, snacks, drinks - the whole lot!! Or, if you’ve faced disordered eating, feel free to share what foods/recipes you enjoyed

Thanks a lot!

As your local lazy cook, I’ve found this recipe - https://www.kitchensanctuary.com/crispy-sesame-chicken-sticky-asian-sauce/ -
tastes great, nice mix of flavours and is a step up from plain chicken and rice (though I make it with noodles)

A quick dessert - https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/microwave-mug-cake/amp - is a fairly quick chocolate mug cake. My brother adds chocolate chips!

https://www.sprinklesandsprouts.com/creamy-chicken-chili-pasta/ - this takes a bit more prep but is also quite nice, seems to be pasta alla vodka but changed a smidge. Very tomato-ey and can be a bit spicy if you’re not careful, but overall a good meal too

Hope these help! Best of luck with your recovery!!

Thank you! For the past few weeks of recovery, I’ve been on plain rice + boiled chicken, and complan. I’d like to cook my own meals, and try out as many flavours as I can to get better. So, in a sense, the longer ones are great - as it turns into a bit of a labour of love, haha 🥰

Thank you! I’ve saved the recipes
