I'm trying to upload my documents to university of east London portal

When I try to upload my documents it keeps saying the File content does not match the file extension. I changed it to doc, jpg and jpeg but they still don't work. I really need it to work so can anyone help me??

What type of file are you trying to upload? Is an image, in JPEG format? If it is, then jpg or jpeg should work. Or is it a document created using Microsoft Word? If it is, docx (not doc) is likely what they're expecting.

If it's not one of these, then what software package created the document? You say "I changed it to..."; what was it originally?

Also, do they say what file formats they accept?

I'm also trying to upload my documents to the portal, with no avail. Im concerned I won't be able to reach the university as it's the weekend tomorrow. I am just trying to upload PDF documents of my certificates and transcripts. Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA @University of East London

Is there a reason you can't wait until Monday to get some assistance? Do you have a deadline to submit your documents before then?
