Received an offer today, exactly six weeks after applying. -- They seem pretty responsive to message sent through the portal; I sent a note reaffirming my interest in the program and asking for an update the night before, and the next morning they replied with the decision.

'I sent a note reaffirming'- Can I ask if you contacted them in the application portal message service itself

I just got my offer Friday last week. This is actually my second time applying as last year they gave me the offer nearing mid-September. If you're UK-based and is financially and mentally prepared, I'd say there's still hope for you to go this year, but it's perfectly okay to ask them for updates.

Out of curiosity has anyone else received a different rejection message to this?

"I regret to inform you that we are not able to make an offer to you on _____________ (Full-time) for September 2023 entry, as all places on the programme have now been filled. This does not reflect your qualifications / application, and we have several other excellent MSc programmes at the IoPPN which still have places available currently and would welcome an application from you."

I know my application was rather late (Mid-June), and they emailed me a week or so ago stating, decisions for the course had been put on hold.

I got the same message as well. Are you thinking of applying for another IoPPN course?
I applied in early March. Since then, there was a lack of communication with King's until they informed me my application was placed on hold.

Guys I’m starting to get really worried now. I applied 2nd Jan for Developmental Psychology & Psychopathology MSc at KCL and it’s now June so it’s been 6 months and they haven’t made a decision. All I know is I’ve been placed on hold. That’s the only uni I’ve applied to aswell :frown: has anyone else been waiting this long?

Updating this thread: I have finally finished and am due to graduate! They got back to me and offered me a place a week before uni started!!
