Can anyone confirm that if you don't put UCL as your FIRST choice then you will not be offered accommodation for the first year.

This is quite concerning as my other London Uni has the same condition :mad:

Yes that's what I read on their website too. No accommodation guarantee if UCL is you insurance choice.

I'm firming Imperial and insuring UCL. Unfortunately no guarantee for UCL accommodation in that case

Don’t worry about accommodation like that, cause you can’t choose a specific hall, you can only give a budget and preference for catered or non-catered

Hi! Thank you! Congrats to your daughter too. What course is her offer for?

I received an offer email from UCL with very general stuff (offer letter and fees questionnaire are on Portico) and the only mention of offer holders day is a link to this page https://www.ucl.ac.uk/prospective-students/undergraduate-offer-holders/ Nothing specific about when and signing up.
