MAT Preparation

Hi all,
Besides the MAT practice papers available on the UofOxford Website, are there any books (on Amazon maybe) or camps or anything even that could increase my chances of doing well in Oxford's MAT papers?
Thanks in advance,
Tara

Really just keep revising maths you've learned all ready and studying maths textbooks you find interesting. You may want to follow Tom Crawford (Oxf Uni mathematician). He has a YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/c/TomRocksMaths/videos website https://tomrocksmaths.com/read/ twitter and instagram accounts. When looking at past MAT papers, try them under timed conditions. You only need to look at 2 - 3 papers to get an idea of the format and type of questions. Most people show no further improvement after taking 3 past papers. The Maths Dept have in-person open days on Sat 22nd April and online on Sat 29th April. They should have more info on MAT. https://www.maths.ox.ac.uk/study-here/undergraduate-study/open-days#:~:text=2023%20Mathematics%20Open%20Days%20The%20Mathematics%20Departmental%20Open,28%20June%2C%2029%20June%2C%20and%2015%20September%202023. Avoid any websites claiming they can provide coaching in MAT, they're usually not worth the cost.

I'd recommend last year's "MAT Livestream 2022"
