Application to University of Veterinary Medicine Kosice (Slovakia)

We are trying to apply to the undergrad program at Vet Med Uni in Slovakia, unable to figure out the procedure. Could not find an online link. Found a PDF application form on their website. What are we expected to do? Handwirte the application, scan and email to them or send it by post?

Before applying to a foreign university PLEASE check what degree you will achieve and what accrediations that university has. You may do a foreign degree but it may only be accepted in that country, even UK Vet Degrees are not accept all over the world you have to pick which country you want to move too to where the degree is accepted. You may not be able to return to the UK to work as a vet without further UK qualifications.
