Presumably it will be made and there won't be uncomfortable stains or anything on the bedding. In which case it's probably fine - although bear in mind it may be less comfortable to sit down for extended periods while on camera. You might want to test that out beforehand!

Are we sure about this? Was potentially going to do it tomorrow. I have a bed desk. I have a normal one too I can drag to my PC, I think maybe that would look better.

even if interviewers say they don't care about how you appear, they definitely internally have thoughts and bias of how you look. I would just take the interview at the desk, unless you're sitting on the bed and the interviewer wouldn't be able to tell.
