Freestyl Patterns

Has anyone done freestyle taekwondo patterns before? If so, how did you create your routine and is there a central set of rules of what they're graded on?

I'm thinking of doing freestyle patterns at Autumn BUCS and thought I should get some more info. Thanks in advance :smile:

Yay hi fellow taekwondo practitioner, Yes their is a set of rules that should be on British Taekwondo website which would help when deciding what acrobatic trick to put in in terms of difculty etc
