These are some other factors for tensions that you could include:

Situation in Europe: Czechoslovakia coup, USSR gets the bomb, Red army increased, increasing communist countries in Europe e.g Yugoslavia, Albania, Poland and Romania had revolutions,
Berlin: the blockade 1948
Germany in general: Bizonia- Stalin saw this as 1st attempt for seperate German states, new currency
USA actions: Truman doctrine, Marshall plan
Grand Alliance: % agreement, Yalta, Potsdam- these increased tensions
Talks: Moscow, Brussels Pact, NATO
WW2: Reparation disagreements, Soviet aim e.g KPD support, Atomic bombs

Obviously cant talk about all of these but hopefully this gives some ideas!
