Hi, there are really no preparations necessary but quick thinking as they are strength questions. I think they judge your reactions/response as there are no right or wrong answers. Strength questions can be ... what do you do outside of work etc. For each question you are given 2 minutes to answer and there are 8 questions in total including the icebreaker and the last one of showing your ID.

Hi, my partner has applied for this role (based in Glasgow). Their application status on CS jobs changed from "interview booked" to "awaiting interview results" early last week. So hopefully should hear the results soon!
Also, I have a friend who works in the home office who said that during big campaigns (like this one) that if you are successful at interview you get put on a wait list straight away and from there they then allocate the positions to the locations based on merit from interview scores
